This policy applies to this website, operated by Fixin Trips Mobile RV Service & Repair, a mobile RV service and repair business serving Central Oregon.

Information you give us

You can use this website without giving us any personal information. We only receive details when you choose to contact us:

• Phone calls. When you call 541.699.8799, we see your phone number through normal telephone service and keep whatever notes are needed to schedule and perform the work.
• The service request form. When you submit the form on our contact page, the details you enter — your name, email, phone number, any RV year/make/model, the services you selected, how urgent it is and your description of the issue — are stored securely in this website's private database so we can follow up. A date and time is stored with each request. Those records are not public and are not sold or shared for marketing.
• Email. If you email fixintrips@outlook.com directly, that message is stored in our email account.

How we use it

To answer your question, confirm whether the job is something we service, schedule and perform the service call, invoice for work performed, and keep a record of past service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be shared only with service providers that help us operate — for example our email provider or website host — or where required by law. Parts suppliers may receive the information needed to order a specific part for your RV.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website does not currently run analytics, advertising, remarketing, call-tracking or social pixel tools, and it does not set advertising cookies. Our website host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. If measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or call tracking are added later, this section will be updated to name them and describe the data they collect, along with the “Last updated” date above.

This site links to manufacturer websites and to our Facebook page. Those websites are operated by other companies and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

This website is intended for adults arranging RV service and is not directed to children.

Emails, service notes and invoices are kept as long as needed for service history, warranty questions on parts we installed, and business record-keeping.
