What's the fastest way to get service?
Call 541-699-8799. Scheduling starts with a short conversation about symptoms so the visit is productive. Email works for non-urgent questions.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your RV year, make and type, the system that's failing, what you've already tried, and where the RV is parked. That's usually enough to narrow the cause before the visit.
Do you take appointments outside business hours?
Service hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, year-round. If a call is missed, it is returned within 24 hours, usually sooner.
